Arriving in Waterford from Dublin or Limerick, cross the Bridge and turn left onto the Quay. Drive down the Quay and the road will sweep to the right. The Tower Hotel will be on your left, and Reginalds Tower will be on your right. At the second set of traffic lights after the Tower Hotel (see Red Boxed Junction on map, above), with the Waterford Credit Union on the opposite right corner , turn left onto Catherine Street. Cross over the hump-backed bridge, past the Peoples Park on your left, and South Parade will be straight ahead. Browns Townhouse will be on your right.

Coming from Cork on the N25, from the first roundabout after Waterford Crystal, pass through three sets of traffic lights, and you will come to a fourth set (see Red Boxed Junction on map, above). The Waterford Credit Union will be on your left. Turn right onto Catherine Street. Cross over the hump-backed bridge, past the Peoples Park on your left, and South Parade will be straight ahead. Browns Townhouse will be on your right.
