Arriving in Waterford from Dublin or Limerick, cross the Bridge and turn left onto the Quay. Drive down the Quay and the road will sweep to the right. The Tower Hotel will be on your left, and Reginalds Tower will be on your right. At the second set of traffic lights after the Tower Hotel (see Red Boxed Junction on map, above), we are just on the right hand side. We have a yellow door and are opposite a shop called the Subway.

Coming from Cork on the N25, from the first roundabout after Waterford Crystal, pass through three sets of traffic lights, and you will come to a fourth set (see Red Boxed Junction on map, above).  We are on the left hand side opposite the Subway shop just before this set of traffic lights.
